How the Year Works

The IAF Automotive Awards follow a structured annual cycle. Dates may vary by year and host city, but the programme stages remain consistent. This timeline helps applicants plan submissions and prepare evidence in advance.

Preliminary scoring, controlled clarification, verification and fresh final scoring follow the published programme controls.

Decision records, procedural appeal windows and any authorised announcement follow the notice and controlled communications plan.

No January–June or other recurring month pattern is established by the First Edition documents.

KPIs & Evidence
Baseline vs. achieved improvement, with credible sources and documents.

Confidentiality Notes
Share sensitive data only where necessary to support the main claims.
Multiple Categories
If applying to multiple categories, tailor evidence to each rubric.
Tip for stronger submissions: Add a simple KPI table (baseline → result), indicate the measurement method, and attach one supporting document per major claim.
