Membership & Outreach Committee

The Membership & Outreach Committee grows and serves the Federation’s community—driving recruitment, engagement, partnerships and communications so that members realize tangible value from participation.

It defines membership propositions, coordinates partner programs and curates communications and events. The committee also monitors retention and feedback metrics to continually improve member experience.

Deliverables include membership strategy, partner-engagement plans, onboarding journeys, communications calendars and satisfaction dashboards.
