The Future Mobility Award highlights integrated systems—from connected vehicles and V2X to multimodal platforms— that enable safer, cleaner, and more efficient movement of people and goods.
Eligible entries include smart-city pilots, MaaS platforms, data governance frameworks, and cross-sector partnerships delivering measurable impact.
Selection Criteria
- System Integration: Interoperability across vehicles, infrastructure, and platforms.
- Data & Intelligence: Evidence of real-time analytics and decision support enhancing safety/flow.
- Trust & Security: Strong privacy and cybersecurity posture for users and operators.
- Urban Impact: Reduced congestion, improved access, and emissions benefits.
- Scalability: Replicability in other cities/regions with sustainable economics.

V2X & Corridor Pilots
Smart intersections, priority lanes, and safety messaging for mixed traffic environments.
MaaS & Multimodal Platforms
Seamless trip planning, payments, and integrated ops for public and private mobility.
Evaluation & Documentation
- KPIs: Travel-time reliability, ridership uplift, safety incidents, emissions change.
- Evidence Pack: Architecture diagrams, data-sharing agreements, performance dashboards.
- Governance: Public–private roles, SLAs, and data stewardship policies.
Eligibility
Open to city authorities, operators, OEMs, platforms, and consortia with deployed pilots or production services.
