- Delivery & Flexibility: On-time delivery, resilience to demand swings, and crisis response.
- Innovation Contribution: Co-development, patents, and value engineering outcomes.
- Sustainability: Emissions reduction, materials stewardship, and fair-labor practices.
- Customer Satisfaction: Multi-year recognition and positive audit history.

Advanced Modules
High-reliability ECUs, sensors, battery modules, or smart materials with verified field performance.
Operational Excellence
Lean manufacturing, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and value-stream optimization.
Evaluation & Documentation
- KPIs: PPM, OTD, cost savings, CO₂e/unit, audit scores.
- Evidence Pack: Control plans, FMEAs, certificates, performance scorecards, and customer references.
- Risk Management: Business continuity, dual-sourcing, and supply risk dashboards.
Eligibility
Open to Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, including SMEs and specialized technology providers with at least one OEM program.
