In short, anyone working in or adjacent to the automotive and mobility ecosystem is welcome.

Visitor Pre-register on the fair page to reserve your place.
Exhibitor Indicate “Exhibitor” interest during pre-registration; our team will follow up with stand options, packages and next steps.
Speaker Submit a short session proposal via pre-registration (topic, 3–4 bullet points, target audience). The program committee reviews proposals on a rolling basis.

Registrations are currently pre-registrations because the fairs start in 2027. Pre-register to reserve your place; as the dates approach, you will receive a confirmation workflow with ticketing and on-site logistics.

Yes, for confirmed participants. Once your registration is validated, you may request a visa support letter. Processing timelines vary by country; please plan ahead.
